Ah snow! Looks so fun, feels so cold! I lasted just long enough during our late December snowfall to model this delightful Guantanamo outfit and kick about in polar conditions with my cuz Zaki and big sis Maya!
I was 'a dad' at my Montessori Christmas play. It went fairly well till Johnny (another 'dad') began bawling for his mum and I spotted my folks in the front row..I spent the remaining half of the performance singing and shaking my musical instruments from the comfort of my mother's lap. Still, I looked pretty good in my flat cap (when I wore it).
Jack took us on the Romney Hythe and Dimchurch Railway today and we had such fun! I sat in awe-struck silence for the first half hour before acclimatising and bounding around my seat like a lunatic trainspotter. We saw the lighthouse at Dungeness and fishing boats and the model railway at New Romney that I had to be dragged kicking and screaming from!
My big sister reckons herself as a bit of a snapper - she took this series of pix of me running wild with one of Mummy's scarves at some ungodly hour of the morning.
Lovely picnic with Jack and Kai (or 'Ah Kai' depending on which name I pick for my paternal g'mother) in Swanley Park. I did actually sit on my bottom for more than 2m to savour some particularly tasty sausages...
My first Clown Day at Asquith! Maya's a pro, as you can see. My folks didn't intend to let me dress up but I kicked off on discovering that my sister had a costume and I didn't...so they cobbled together a total apology for an outfit (Maya's old pink dungarees and a stripey t-shirt) - perfect!
In Farningham I made a beeline (sheepline?) for Jack's amazing toy collection - luckily he was one step ahead and had already got out an array of objects to fascinate and entertain me!
"And another thing - I want free ice cream and cake for toddlers everywhere (and a new pair of trousers too please, as no one's going to take me seriously with these ankle-flappers)!"
Having had quite enough of the cruel jibes about my heritage due to my genetic similarity to my paternal side, I decided to finally show everyone I definitely had inherited something from my maternal gene pool. Et voila - I AM PICKING UP AND OPERATING MAXI EE CAR (aka Maxi The Car) WITH ONLY MY TOES!!!!! I am part-Naqvi! End of (note in the second picture my sister attempting to steal my toes' thunder with her own foot antics...).
This is me in my full Sami the Bambi Whisperer mode at Knole Park where we went with Monty and Jane. I enjoyed being followed by one doe-eyed speckled beauty until I realised it was covered in flies (which wanted to make a home in my hair) and wouldn't actually leave me alone. Luckily we threw a piece of bread a few yards away and while it was distracted, we made a run for it! No flies one me eh?!
When Daddy says he's off to the office, you can be sure he's not going anywhere like the BBC archives centre in Caversham! This is where my cousins' mummy works and where we saw cows, fish, walked over a bridge and picked blackberries (and ate them till our tongues went black!)
